How to choose an online wedding card package

Forever Begins has four online wedding card packages. The price changes for two reasons: whether the card is a template or a custom design, and whether guests RSVP on a Google Form or inside the card.

Answer these two questions first, then look at the price.

Do you want a template you can edit, or a card designed for you? Should guests RSVP on a Google Form, or inside the card?

What is different

Every package includes 90 days of card access, wedding details, an add-to-calendar button, the venue with Google Maps, an unlimited gallery, a countdown, a color theme, and background music. The price moves with the card style and the RSVP method.

Classic is 1,500 baht. The card is edited from a template. RSVP is a Google Form.

Signature starts at 2,500 baht and depends on the design. The card is designed for you. RSVP is a Google Form.

Advanced is 3,500 baht. The card is edited from a template. RSVP is built in. This package has no Google Form.

Premium starts at 4,500 baht and depends on the design. The card is designed for you. RSVP is built in.

Classic

Choose this if you already have a Google Form and you want to start from a template you can edit. The price is fixed at 1,500 baht. It does not change with the design. Guests still RSVP on your form. They are not moved into the card's dashboard.

Signature

Choose this if you want the card designed for you, but guests should still RSVP on a Google Form. The price starts at 2,500 baht and depends on the design. It includes a custom layout and the card design. Classic does not.

Advanced

Choose this if you want a template, but guests should RSVP inside the card. This package has no Google Form. The price is fixed at 3,500 baht. It includes an RSVP dashboard, a guest list with search and filters, CSV export, wedding wishes, and exporting wishes as images.

Premium

Choose this if you want both a card designed for you and RSVP inside the card. It includes everything in Advanced, plus a custom layout and the card design. The price starts at 4,500 baht and depends on the design.

How to choose, in four steps

1. Pick the card first. If editing the color, music, and text on a template is enough, you are on Classic or Advanced. If you want help designing the card and a custom layout, you are on Signature or Premium.

2. Pick the RSVP. If guests should answer a Google Form, you are on Classic or Signature. If they should answer on the card and you want the guest list in a dashboard, you are on Advanced or Premium.

3. Match those two answers to the list above. One package is left. Signature and Premium are not a closed price, because the price depends on the design.

4. Look at add-ons after that. Do not add them into the starting package.

Add-ons are separate

Every package includes 90 days. If you need longer, card access can be extended for 150 baht per 30 days.

Self Check-In is 3,000 baht. It is not included in the four packages. Guests check themselves in, search for their seat or zone, and upload a transfer slip instead of a gift envelope. You can export guest names and transfer amounts.

Templates on the site now

Classic and Advanced start from a template. The site currently shows two examples, Open Letter and Brown Shore. The names on the cards are template content, not customer work.

The Open Letter template. The names on the card are a template example, not a customer.

The Brown Shore template. The names on the card are a template example, not a customer.

Before you email

Open the pricing page and check the price against this list. Then email toolkit.foreverbegins@gmail.com and name the package you want. If you choose Signature or Premium, say how much of the card you want designed, because the starting price still depends on the design.
